Firefly Hot Yoga
Firefly Hot Yoga is a hot yoga studio located in Cary, NC. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional guidance and support to help you along your yoga journey. We offer a variety of classes with a range temperatures to allow you to select the class you need each day. Our teachers are superbly trained and offer variety of teachings based on The Barkan Method, Baron Baptiste, and Kripalu styles of yoga.
We are located inside Kildaire Farms Fitness and Racquetball Center (KFFRC) located at 302A Pebble Creek Drive, Cary, NC 27511. As part of your class pass, you will have access to KFFRC’s lobby, locker room, changing area, showers, sauna and hot tub. If you would like to lock up your belongings in the locker room, please bring your own lock.
