Viva Flow Yoga

Viva Flow Yoga Studio is an eco-friendly, socially responsible, inclusive creation, founded out of a need to foster a well-balanced community. Viva Flow Yoga Studio is a place to re-establish a love and passion for one’s overall health and well-being by uniting one’s body, mind and spirit through yoga. Our offerings include Gentle, Flow (Vinyasa), Heated Flow and Hatha Yoga for all levels of fitness and experience. You will also find a variety of workshops to deepen and strengthen your yoga practice: physically and spiritually. Healthy Lifestyle events are offered, as well, to enhance one’s knowledge and understanding of other aspects of improvement for oneself, our community and the world we live in.
