Ann Seymour of Daring Dog Yoga, and Julia Viggh of Julia Viggh Yoga have a mission to provide Yoga in a space that is peaceful, friendly and comfortable; a place with warm community feeling where everyone can find a class to support their development of health and balance for their body, mind and spirit. Our shared rental space is located in Boxborough Ma, in an antique colonial, on a pond. We are located at the intersection of Stow Road and Route 111, where students from Boxborough, Harvard, Acton, Stow, Maynard and Concord can easily find us.
