Blue Flower Yoga

Blue Flower Yoga offers small, private & vigorous asana classes. We utilize positive affirmations during postures, bringing conscious awareness to the postures. At Blue Flower Yoga, we use asanas as a primary tool for deepening our meditation and our spiritual practice; integrating all limbs of yoga into our daily lives. Nikki is an Ananda Certified Yoga Teacher and bhakti yogi. She practices Raja Yoga (the eight-limbed path) as a lifestyle, which includes discipleship with Paramhansa Yogananda and the practice of Kriya Yoga.
