Ride + Reflect

Ride + Reflect is a spacious, welcoming boutique fitness studio located in downtown Bernardsville. We have 4000 square feet totally dedicated to the welfare of our clients. Our amenities include 2 showers and 2 changing rooms, lockers to store your possessions, a filtered water fountain to fill your bottles and a retail area. Free Wi-fi is available in the common areas.

At Ride + Reflect we strive to provide a comfortable and unique facility. The Ride Studio has 25 Keiser bikes in a stadium layout with a specialized lighting and sound system. Classes will be led by certified instructors who will take you on a ride like you have never experienced with motivating music to help inspire you along your way. In our Reflect Studio we have created a calm environment for meditation, yoga, tai chi classes and other activities that will exercise your mind such as mahjong and bridge.
