Liv Yoga

Liv Yoga was created to share our passion for yoga with you. After being introduced to Bikram's Beginning Yoga System in 1989 I developed a great passion and deep appreciation for traditional hatha yoga. Over the years I've practiced a lot of yoga and have felt the affects in my life and witnessed "miracles" in others I feel compelled to share this practice with anyone who wishes to learn. With some of the best teachers in the world, I have practiced and studied many styles of yoga and other types of healing modalities including: massage therapy, aromatherapy, reflexology & nutrition.
I was raised in Omaha and lived in Arizona and California prior to moving to Bellevue in 2007. Liv Yoga opened in June of 2008. Namaste'
