200-Hour Yoga Illumined Yoga Teacher Training: For those who wish to teach and embody the practices of Yoga. Become a Yoga Teacher!

Zoe Mantarakis and Sumukhi, Co-Founders of Yoga Illumined, will guide you into a deeper understanding of Yoga and its practices that enlighten and free the mind and the heart. Yoga Illumined is a year-long 200hr teacher training program. This sneak peak is offered as an int-adv class for all students of yoga wanting to dive into a richer appreciation of a full-spectrum practice. Class will include sanskrit mantra with live harmonium music, philosophy, meditation, and int-adv vinyasa flow.
