Even the water you drink at ESY has been thoughtfully prepared, each day we hand carry from home our triple filtrated water to revitalize you after class.
The green colors represents the heart chakra and our sincere heartfelt wish to serve and support our yoga community. Everything is designed and placed to raise the vibration where you practice, many folks comment they feel good just walking in the door. Every Sunday, Steven and his students send healing vibrations (mantras) for the studio.
Our yoga library is now available for all students to borrow inspirational books on yoga, meditation, philosophy and spirituality. If you have unused books at home that you would like to donate to the library, please bring in.
