Peace Blossoms Yoga
We encourage students to be compassionate toward themselves and to honor their strengths and inner wisdom as our professionally-trained and certified teachers in Hatha Yoga safely and respectfully guide them in a dance of movement and stillness to strengthen the body, to focus the mind, and to open the flow of loving energy. The essence of Yoga embraces the perfection in the present moment and encourages self-acceptance. We believe in applying the principles of yoga "off the mat" in our everyday lives. Any one, of any age or physical condition, may benefit from yoga's healing gifts.
