Core Bodyworks is a Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi studio. Our location in historic downtown Acworth is convenient to Kennesaw and Marietta along with many locations in Paulding and Bartow county. You will find that the focus at the studio has a strong foundation in alignment and breath. Balance is the product of strength and flexibility. A calm mind is the product of a focused, heart centered workout. We teach soft and hard forms of Yoga and Tai Chi while creating Pilates workouts that are specific to your personal needs.
