Jerome Famechon

For nine years, Jerome Famechon dedicated his time in the French special forces. After an injury to his knee during an accident in Afghanstan, he was given the prediction from leading European doctors that he would never walk normaly again. Not accepting their pronouncement, Jerome started his recovering process at the Bikram Yoga school in Paris. Four months later, his knee had totally recovered. The chronic back pain from the physical daily challenges acquired in the Army disappeard. A new life began...

Jerome decided to stop the army to become a Bikram yoga instructor.

Jerome traveled to Peru in 2010 for the Synergy Teacher Training with Fransisco Morales-Bermudez. Since then, Jerome to dedicate himself to teaching yoga and organizing yoga retreats all around the world.
