YogaFit Instructors are responsible for delivering top notch, quality yoga classes that are accessible, approachable and follow the YogaFit guidelines. YogaFit Instructors embody passion for yoga and for students and will help to develop and create a strong community through powerful yoga experiences.

Major duties & responsibilities

Principle Job Functions: - Deliver inspirational and well thought out yoga classes to students of all levels, abilities and backgrounds - Instruct students on proper form and alignment - Support studio operations and cleanliness - Provide superior customer service - Build rapport and engage students on a daily basis - Promote the studio and be actively involved in classes, special events and any other studio related happenings Critical Knowledge/Skills: - Ability to teach a unique and inspiring yoga sequence that is rooted in the YogaFit guidelines - Basic computer knowledge and understanding - Strong communication skills - Outgoing, fun personality with a can-do attitude Requirements: - CPR and First Aid certification required - Liability insurance (if hired as a contract employee) - Vinyasa, minimum 200 hour certificate required from accredited yoga school - Barre, 200 hour certificate recommended, barre experience and training preferred - YogaFit Fusion, 200 hour certificate recommended, group fitness experience and personal training preferred
