The Centre has a 90 station gym with Technogym equipment, a superb 25m pool, a training pool, a fantastic sports hall, 2 squash courts, sauna and steam, outdoor 3G football pitches and two multi purpose studios with a range of fitness classes including Yoga, Power Pump, Total Body Conditioning, Extreme Interval Fitness, Group cycle, Aerobics, Core Stability, Circuits and Boxfit.
