Balance Yoga Studio
Our vision at Balance Yoga Studio is to bring balance of the mind, body and spirit through the practice of the eight limbs of yoga. We provide a safe space for our community to learn how to better understand and transform their mind, body and spirit through practicing yoga, ayurveda, pranayama and meditation. We focus on our studio’s core beliefs to unite in our vision believing that Everybody benefits from these practices, all ages and walks of life. We offer high quality yoga programs taught by Certified Yoga Teachers in our supportive and welcoming environment.
