Panacea Yoga Studios

Panacea Yoga Studio was established to offer the community a safe place to do Yoga. The studio offers a variety of classes in a large and comfortable open space. If you are new to Yoga, or a regular Yogi, this is the place for you. The Yoga classes offered at Panacea studio are geared for people of all ages. We are offering Yoga for Kids, Prenatal Yoga, Mommy and Me Yoga….and Dad too, Chair side Yoga, and the traditional Basic/intermediate level Yoga classes, as well as individual one on one yoga classes! Check back in on our website for additional upcoming specialty classes that may take place outside of the studio during our beautiful summers here in Maine, close to the studio by some of the local lakes. We are a fully equipped yoga studio with all the essential things you may need to make your yoga practice more comfortable.
