We are OPEN!!!! Located at 5424 Oleander Dr, just down from K38 Restaurant!!!! Bikram Yoga is the ORIGINAL Hot yoga. 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated room. This is beginners therapeutic yoga, for any age, body type and fitness level. We have an Introductory offer for first time students $40 for 30 days of UNLIMITED YOGA!!!! For out of towner's, we have a Travler's special that includes mat and towel, so you don't have to lug yours with you!
