Full Bloomed Lotus, Center for Self-Awareness is located at 1217 Washington Avenue in the heart of Wilmette, Illinois. Its mission is to integrate the spiritual gifts of the East with the intellectual strengths of the West by imparting Eastern mind-body-breath disciplines within a scientific framework and understanding, thereby combining Science and Spirituality. Towards this end, it offers the wisdom of its founder, Ramaa Krishnan and other teachers through its yoga classes, meditations, workshops and its ongoing meditation school for adults and children.
