The Studio

The studio is designed to have four distinct areas. The apparatus room is dedicated to the practice of Pilates on specialized equipment; this is done by way of private, semi private and small group classes. The Pilates room is designed for larger group classes dedicated to Pilates matwork and spring classes. Our Infinity room which features a cork floor, a large mirror and has a spiritual feeling is designed to be completely free from distraction so that you can get into the moment while taking Pilates, Yoga or Tae Bo classes.Last but certainly, not least is the boutique where we offer you the most sought after athletic apparel in North America! We also carry ToeSox, Halfmoon and Tonic.
