Sun Tao Studio

The Sun is a powerful source of energy for humanity and the Earth, our wish is to help awaken your internal healing power for self healing and spread this to those we love just like the Sun in the sky. Tao is "The Way" and through our inner journey and unlocking the secrets of our inner world, endless possibilities ensue. Through our efforts and our consistent practice and self healing, may we all be released from our own struggles and suffering and also release the suffering globally.
Recently one of our Yoga students went to India and discoverred many people living very simply (without fresh water or running toilets). They were very happy and free from the daily stress that we encounter here in the West. May we all be free like this, free from attachments, free from desires, free in body, free in mind.
