I Am Yoga Wellness Studio
I Am Yoga is a wellness studio located in the city of Turlock. We have over 15 certified Instructors offering over 40 classes a week teaching a variety of yoga classes, meditation, pilates, and tai chi. You will find 4 therapy rooms offering massages, facials and other spa services as well as a sauna. Balance, our vegetarian food and juice bar offers sandwiches, salads, soups, herbal teas and fresh juices.
I Am Yoga started as a dream. Ever since we started Yoga we envisioned a place where people could come and rejuvenate their minds, bodies and souls. We have designed the studio according to Vaastu (Indian Feng Shui) in order to bring positive energy and promote healing.
We have created foods and drinks to nourish the soul, we have sought out the best massage therapist and estheticians to rejuvenate your hearts, we have recruited the most qualified Yoga instructors to inspire the body, and we have searched to find all natural products to help the earth.
