Movement Lab

Movement Lab classes take place in 'Studio G' at The Centre of Gravity Circuis Training Studio, 1300 Gerrard Street East (one block east of Greenwood). The building is a very cool, lovingly restored 1914 vaudeville theatre. The studio itself is 1,000 sq ft, with 12 ft ceilings, lots of natural light and a private washroom. There is a comfortable waiting area for parents just outside the studio, and the “Sideshow Cafe” on the main floor for Saturday morning latte needs. Aside from great circus classes and birthday parties for kids on the main floor, Studio G is also home to yoga, martial arts, visual arts, kids cooking and toddler music programs. We love being a part of this creative hub in the neighbourhood
