Patricia & The Empower Yourself Project

Located at the heart of Tamarindo Beach, we offer daily trilingual Classes (English/Spanish/Portuguese) and Workshops. Loving, respectful and grounded teaching that encourages the development of self-awareness, self-confidence, self-love, inner-peace, overall health, joy and happiness! Each student will be invited to carefully listen to the body and to follow their natural and unique breathing rhythm, taking the time, each one individually needs, to accomplish the vinyasas/postures without being rushed in any way. Alignment is carefully and gently taught, respecting biomechanics principles and the uniqueness of each body type/condition. Self-inquiry, observation and trust in the innate wisdom of the body are deeply encouraged. These classes are all about YOU! :)
