Performance Pilates

Performance Pilates is a fully equipped Pilates Studio inside the G TC Gym & Training Center, serving Sugar Land and Fort Bend County. We offer private, one-on-one sessions as well as small group mat and equipment classes. Classically inspired, our equipment classes and private sessions utilize any combination of mat, reformer, cadillac tower, chairs, barrels and other small apparatus.
