Our address is 1200 West College Ave. If you are headed down College Ave. away from downtown, and you reach the light at Corl St, you just missed us - we are one block before the traffic light, on the corner of West College and Hoy St, across the street from Centre Glass. Look for the sign that says "Integrative Health Care Associates". Turn onto Hoy St. and there is a parking lot behind the building.
