We provide brand new amenities, indoor showers, full retail boutique, on site massage therapy and a beautiful hot yoga studio with room for 40 people. Bikram Yoga is a beginners yoga, designed for every body, no matter what shape, size, age or physical condition. Bikram Yoga is a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, there are no advanced postures, no levels, no power. Bikram Yoga St. Augustine welcomes first time yoga practitioners, as well as seasoned yogis, we encouraged everyone to practice with awareness and compassion.
