All of our services are centered around the opportunity for you to achieve overall health and wellness in an environment that is cozy and welcoming, free from judgment and open to everyone who would like to give Inner Calm a try. We share our studio with many talented instructors, pratctitioners and trainers alike. We pride ourselves on offering a variety of styles and levels of Yoga as well as numerous additional services that our clients enjoy taking advantage of - All under one roof! We embrace the artistic talents of our local community by showcasing their work in our retail boutique. We offer materials for reading and listening, as well as clothing, aromatherapy, jewelry, artwork and more - A great place for gifts and gift certificates for those who matter most! The studio has a packed schedule of classes and workshops designed to educate our community, further your practice or learn more about a facet of health and wellness that you have always wanted to explore. We also invite you to inquire about private sessions, group sessions, birthday parties and any other way we might fulfill the needs of you and your family. Inner Calm Health and Wellness is located in the heart of beautiful Spring Lake, NJ surrounded by shopping and restaurants, and is just a few blocks to the beach.
