Anjali Yoga Studio
Dear Anjali Yoga Community,
First, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to you all for sharing your lives and practice with me and all the beautiful teachers at The Anjali Yoga Studio. I will always cherish the experiences had there on so many levels. As you are aware, the doors are closing but that does not mean an end to your yoga. There are a couple of great studios in town and through everything that you have learned in class you also have plenty of knowledge to practice on your own. Strike a pose in nature on a walk or hike and start your morning with a couple of stretches before you make your coffee. Better yet, try a retreat somewhere exotic and mysterious! Yoga will find a way into your life one way or another. Your body will command it. I hope that the closing of these doors only leads to the opening of others and that no matter where we are in the world we continue to step on to our mat with the intention of healing our selves. Through healing our selves, we heal the planet and illuminate our souls.
