    Ive been here twice this year and both times were horrible. My first visit I had a couples massage with my mother for mother's day. The massage therapist was extremely rough. I felt like i have been beaten for 60 minutes. Afterward my back ached for 3 days. I was completely done with this place until my sister wanted to go for her birthday. I booked a couples massage again hoping the 1st time was just a bad experience. When i arrived i was told we couldn't get a couples massage because someone was already in our room and the service was booked incorrectly The lady at the front asked if i wanted to do the couples massage in two separate rooms. I informed her no, that defeats the purpose of a COUPLES MASSAGE. My sister was 10 minutes away but once they realized they had made a mistake they immediately wanted to get rid of us. My sister came and was livid to hear that they couldn't see us because she was "late ". Bad customer service , horrible staff, and atrocious massages. Stay away ! I will continue to go to my spa.
