Body And Brain Center - Aspen Hill

We are a holistic yoga center in Silver Spring, Maryland. Located in the Northgate Plaza shopping center on Georgia Avenue, convenient to Silver Spring, Olney, Rockville, Wheaton and other neighboring towns. Classes 6 days a week include a variety of exercises including mindful stretching, breathing postures, meditation and relaxation. The exercises are simple and gentle, yet very effective for natural healing of both body and mind. You will feel relaxed, refreshed and energized by the end of class.
