Rising Lotus Yoga

Many spiritual paths have a traditional period of contemplation and recommitment to practice as a community. The idea of the Rising Lotus Yoga Challenge is to explore commitment, consistency, curiosity, connection, community and transformation by diving in to our practice for a prolonged period. The transformative power of yoga is available to all of us, but only if we really make a commitment of time and consistency. The kind of growth and transformation we experience in our practice grows exponentially with a consistent commitment to practice. What kind of change will we experience in 30 days? In 60 days!
