Nuffield Health Fitness & Wellbeing Gym in Sheffield offers members our unique Health MOT to get their fitness journey off on the right foot. With a combination of personal trainers and physiotherapists on-site, members are guided for the first three months, with a further MOT to make sure things are heading in the right direction.
