Our StaffBikram Yoga Seattle (formerly Yoga College of India) has operated continuously in Seattle since 1996. It is the oldest Bikram-affiliated studio in the Seattle area. Owners Kevin Cooke & Kathy Allen have over 50 years of Bikram yoga experience between them and work to bring that experience to their staff of teachers as well as their students.The Fremont studio offers beautiful, top-of-the-line facilities. A modern studio with high-quality carpet, paint and heating system, the décor offers a calm, pleasing environment. The spacious practice room holds up to 75 students. The studio features other amenities including showers, towel rental, the sale of high-quality yoga clothes, and free filtered water. Ample parking is available on the street or in our attached pay-lot in front of the studio.
