Reflex Arts Dance

ReFlex Arts is a RYTS -Registered Children's Yoga School with Yoga Alliance and we have teacher training programs specializing in youth yoga. As part of the teaching practicum requirements, participating teachers are required to work with children. As such, you can look forward to free Karma children's yoga classes and parties throughout the year to celebrate yoga for the next generation. We also offer classes for adults and children together to promote family bonding.
Youth yoga classes consist of games, movement challenges, story-time, discussion and play all geared toward self awareness, respect for others and caring for the world at large.
