The studio offers a complementary mix of group or private yoga, mindfulness meditation, stretch and personal training classes. In addition, one-on-one Structural Yoga Therapy and Integrative Restoration (iRest Yoga Nidra) sessions are available for anyone seeking holistic personalized guidance using Yoga practices for chronic conditions, pain management and/or spiritual growth.
