SoWal Pilates is located in Seagrove Beach on 30A. It is 4.5 miles west of Rosemary Beach and 2.5 miles east of Seaside. We are on the south side of the street. We offer Private and Semi-Private Pilates Apparatus classes on a full range of equipment including the Cadillac, Reformer, Spine Corrector, Ladder Barrel, Wunda Chair, and more! We also offer group Pilates Mat classes, Buff Bones, and The Booty Barre!
