Celtic Spirit Yoga
Welcome to Celtic Spirit Yoga. We offer classes at our studio in Sandy and also in Happy Valley at New Seasons Market. You can choose times and locations to suit your schedule. The studio is a very special and unique yoga space where you feel your burdens are released as soon as you enter.
The classes in Happy Valley take place in the community room of a wonderful store where great service is married with good food, wellness products, gifts and more. You can shop the store after your yoga class or join some of the other yogis in a short hike after the Monday or Wednesday morning classes, depending on the weather.
