Bend Yoga Studio
Our class offerings are a celebration of life focused on awakening the very essence of who we are. We are devoted to creating an atmosphere that encourages freedom in both movement and expression, cultivating passion and creativity in our community. We simply call Yoga by its name, moving away from the current trend to create brands. We teach postures (asana), flowing sequences (vinyasa), slow-moving or held postures (sthana), breathing (pranayama), and meditative practices.
