Amazing Yoga & Pilates

The great thing about yoga is that you can go at your own pace. Laura designs her San Diego Yoga Classes to be the perfect balance of a stretching, strengthening, and relaxation. The class starts with sun salutations to warm up the body for more challenging poses. Next, we practice standing poses to improve balance, strength and coordination followed by seated poses to stretch the spine, improve flexibility, and massage the internal organs. The class ends with a peaceful guided relaxation. Think of a San Diego Yoga Class with Laura as an escape from all the stress and tasks of daily life. After you leave the class, your muscles will feel pleasantly tired and well stretched which leads to the great relaxed and rejuvenated feeling associated with yoga.
