Akasha Yoga Mira Mesa

Welcome to our new studio in the Mira Mesa/Sorrento Valley area of San Diego, our studio is small, intimate, and non heated. We are a boutique yoga studio thus allowing for personal attention and an overall feeling of wellbeing and comfort. We are located in Sorrento Valley/ Mira Mesa area about 2 miles off the 805 freeway. Our specialty is compassionate, high-quality instruction for all levels of health and fitness. We provide a friendly, non-intimidating atmosphere for your personal growth. We offer gentle yoga, restorative yoga, yoga for backs, vinyasa yoga and hatha yoga.
