In San Carlos, CA conveniently located 1/4 mile from Highway 101 off the Holly Exit and 1/2 mile from the San Carlos CalTrain station. We have an office located on the first floor of Paye's Place - a sport's facility and adjacent to buildings which serve cheerleading, dance, boxing, martial arts, and fencing instruction. We have top of the line pilates and physical therapy equipment as well as a dance exercise floor.
