Ac Power Yoga

This is a physically powerful practice with a focus on intuition instead of tradition. Instead of trying to “fix” everything about ourselves by layering on one more discipline. We peel away all of what we think is right or wrong, good or bad, pretty or ugly about ourselves and plug into our inner truth. The more you step up on to your mat, the more you will learn about how you can move away from distraction and reaction and into direction and action.
