Practice Yoga
At Practice Yoga, we are dedicated to teaching traditional Yoga. All our classes support the concept that yoga is a discipline, a lifelong practice, designed to tune the body to that resonant frequency that supports a higher mind. Like any fine instrument, we produce a more harmonious melody through regular tuning!
Our traditional Ashtanga, classical Hatha, Power and Yoga Wall classes are taught, not simply led. At Practice Yoga, your teachers will employ hands-on adjustments that focus on the proper alignment of your asanas (poses), so that you can perfect you practice in daily life.
Practice Yoga is also the downtown Sacramento home of the unique Yoga Wall, a superiorMindy7WB tool for taking your practice to a new high. In our Power Wall classes, you’ll quickly learn how to develop a superior core muscle group that will transform your practice on the mat into something unbelievably powerful. Our Therapeutic Wall classes will guide you through a series of traction positions which provide soothing relief for back, neck, shoulder, hip and knee pain.
