Tapas Yoga Shala

Yoga is an ancient tradition of personal exploration and growth. At tapas, we are proud to be the premiere studio for Quad Cities yoga, and honored to share this transformative discipline with so many.
We practice and teach a powerful, flowing form of yoga called Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, as taught by Sri K Pattabhi Jois of Mysore, India. Ashtanga yoga weaves together breath and movement. Over time, this mindfulness practice generates vibrant health and awakens the intelligence of the body and mind.
