Studying with Vinay at Jeevmoksha Yoga Gurukul was a life enhancing experience for me. Vinay is a teacher with a lineage that allows students to tap into an authentic, intense and in-depth yoga training. The course isn’t a production line … classes are small enough so that students receive teaching that is tailored to their individual needs. I made friendships with other students that I still cherish. And the setting is perfect. It was so good, I went back. Highly recommended.

My 200 hour teacher training at Jeevmoksha was a profoundly transformative experience. Vinay, the main facilitator, is extremely knowledgeable, and was always respectful, thoughtful and available to dig deeper into my areas of interest. Ashish, as asanas teacher, had always a nice energy. He is really skilled physically, and really good at transfering his knowledge. The course was comprehensive of Yoga theory as well as philosophy and anatomy. It connected really thoroughly the traditional aspects to the more scientific ones. The practice included asanas, pranayamas, shatkarmas, meditation and chanting. All people involved in the course, from the teachers to the cooks, were extremely sincere, caring and loving. They helped me found my "home", and created the right circumstances for me to start a wonderful spiritual journey. Once back in the West, I started teaching: I still have to learn a lot, but the course gave me a strong base to support people on the start of their self-discovery process.

After months of careful research on different programs all over India, I went with the one that "just felt right". I'm glad I did. Vinay's deeply personal approach and attention to the needs of his students is something I have found to be something of the exception in these days of giant yoga mill type retreats. His sense of humor and approachability has kept me coming back year after year.

The 200 hour yoga teacher training course was amazing. Vinay is a very knowledgeable teacher and very inspiring. He respects the tradition and has great intuition on what every student in his class needs. It definitely was the boost I needed to deepen my own practice and to be able to teach other people. He can really touch you on a deeper level than most other teachers do. It's pure and honest. Highly recommended; you will not find a better teacher in Rishikesh!

I did my 200 hours teacher training course with jeevmoksha and I would like to highly recommend the gurukul who is looking to learn real traditional yoga,Mr Vinay is an excellent guru and his knowledge is very deep .i must say that I felt is not really a commercialized place like many others but you exactly get everything what you need to learn in yoga.hariom
