One Love Hot Yoga
one love hot yoga is a heated vinyasa yoga studio. Vinyasa is a type of yoga that offers a variety of poses with a strong emphasis on the breath; the body flows and transitions into each pose with the waves of the breath. Every class at one.love.hot.yoga is different, allowing each of our instructors to add their own individual flavor to the classes.
Each member of our experienced and creative teaching staff brings something different to the table, while maintaining our shared vision at one love hot yoga: to support and guide you in your personal yoga practice on and off the mat.
At one love hot yoga, the room is heated to approximately 95 degrees. Incorporating the heat adds an element of detoxification resulting in total body rejuvenation and increased energy (not to mention an amazing physique!). A warmer body allows for less tension in the muscles, helping you achieve a deeper, safer stretch. It also helps you get a serious sweat going for a killer workout!
