Welcome to Bikram Yoga Raleigh, Raleigh’s Only certified Bikram Yoga studio. Bikram Yoga or Hot Yoga as many refer to the practice offers many classes throughout the day. Guiding you through your yoga practice will be one of our certified instructors who complete an intensive 9 week teacher training session requiring over 500 hours of study led by Bikram Choudhury, the Father of Hot Yoga. Our experience and dedication to Bikram’s philosophy and practice provides the ideal environment for you to achieve your ultimate goals.
