Inner Sun Yoga And Pilates Studio

Welcome to our sunny Yoga and Pilates studio located on the second floor of the Purcellville Sports Pavilion (PSP). We offer morning and evening Hatha Yoga Flow, Gentle Yoga and Pilates mat classes . Jen Stone, your instructor, has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and teaching for the past 14. Jen’s students range from school age students to retirees with free morning child care for parents trying to carve out a niche for their morning work out. PSP students have been frequenting these classes for the past eight years, and now we are excited to extend these classes to the public. We invite you to enjoy a free sample week and private consultation to experience the mind body benefits of Yoga and Pilates. After being injured in a yoga class years ago Jen teaches alignment based classes to insure a safe practice for everyone, always gearing the challenge level to the individual student.
