Hudson River Yoga

Hudson River Yoga was founded to provide yoga in an environment that supports and nourishes the body and mind. We do this without physical preference and with the view that yoga should be financially accessible to anyone who wants to do it. When possible, we employ yoga as a means to support organizations that better the world.
