WholeHeart welcomes everyone to yoga - all types of experience, bodies, ages, and abilities. Our teachers are highly trained and dedicated to teaching the whole of yoga. As Portland's Kripalu Affiliated Studio, we teach listening to your body's wisdom, moving at your own pace, and developing your potential to be fully alive and present on and off the mat. We are located just over the hill at the West End of Portland, Maine, easy to get to, and with our own parking.
