Downtown Yoga

"Pleasanton's Best" Since 2002, Downtown Yoga has taught yoga to hundreds of people within and around the San Francisco Bay Area. We offer precise, knowledgeable and safe instruction to all levels of students. Our experienced staff is dedicated to teaching you how to reclaim your inherent health and well-being.
Yoga is beneficial to the body, mind and spirit. Performing yoga postures strengthens all muscle groups, increases flexibility, develops proper body alignment and helps to increase energy flow.
We offer introduction to yoga programs, classes for beginners to intermediate to advanced, kids programs, prenatal yoga, therapeudic yoga for people with disabilities and senior and teen discounts.
We teach the young and old. We have taught students recovering from injuries and illnesses, and we have taught students who are active in other sports, yet need to find balance, alignment and flexiblity. All are welcome!
